1. Order Processing Timeline

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We partner with premium courier services to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to monitor its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier tracking information to status-update on their network system.
If you have not received your parcel within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our concierge support team with your name and order number, and we will look into it immediately.
4. Shipping Damage, Breakthroughs, & Transit Issues
Because we utilize unadulterated plant oils and premium glass structures, fragile transit care is vital.

Damaged Parcels: If your package arrives structurally broken, leaking, or visibly damaged due to carrier mishandling, please take clear photographic evidence of both the outer packaging and the compromised bottle immediately.

Reporting Window: Contact our support channel within 48 hours of delivery arrival with your order number and the attached photographs. We will coordinate with the logistics carrier and expedite a replacement bottle to you seamlessly.
5. Alignment with Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Please note that once a parcel is successfully marked as delivered by our courier partners, your purchase immediately enters our 7-Day Satisfaction Window. In accordance with our primary store framework, you have exactly one (1) week from the recorded delivery date to evaluate the product. If you decide the formula does not align with your daily ritual, you may initiate a return for a full product refund. Beyond this initial 1-week timeline, all sales are considered final.
